Here is the newest addition to the Smart family: Jacob Charles Smart, born April 30, 2006 at 6:44 am. He weighed 8 pounds, 7 ounces and is 20 1/2 inches long.The face of my wife, my children, my extended family...all of these are the face of love to me. What man is poor that has a family who loves him?
The days before Jacob was born, I attended a pastor's conference in Louisville, KY -- Together for the Gospel. If you get a chance, browse through the conference blog, particularly the posts before the date April 26, 2006. You will find some interesting thoughts.
